Welcome to Stockton Community Messaging
Stockton District has over 1300 schemes, and over 100 Area Co-ordinators covering more than 27,000 residential properties.
Stockton District Neighbourhood Watch is made up of a Central Committee, comprised of 2 members from each represented area, and a number of Area Committees run by dedicated volunteers, who meet monthly. The scheme is co-ordinated by a Police Neighbourhood Watch Liaison Officer who works from the Crime Reduction Department within Stockton Police Station.
Neighbourhood Watch in Stockton District also encompasses other associated schemes including School Watch, Pub Watch, Rural Watch and Garage Watch (Commercial)
Ringmaster
Ringmaster is an automated phone system that sends recorded messages to members' own phones, or sends messages via e-mail. It also has the capability for members to call back and listen to messages at a time more convenient to themselves; they may also leave messages for one another. The system is controlled by the Liaison Officer and is used on a daily basis to send out information on crime trends of note that have occurred over the last 24 hours.
